Delivery Information

Shipping

Here at Genetic Supplements Supplements, we work closely with our couriers to ensure our products are delivered quickly and safely. 

• All our shipments are made by courier  DPD (tracked) for same day dispatch when ordered before 10:00am 
• All orders placed before 10:00am on a working day will be dispatched on that same day.
• All orders placed after 10:00am will be dispatched on the next working day.

Genetic Supplements Courier Charges:

• DPD - 1-3 working days (when ordered before 10:00am) - FREE

For all items DPD will safely deliver your parcel, although the vast majority of parcels are delivered within working hours (9am - 5pm), some may be a little bit later (up to 7pm).

Please note orders made past 10:00am Friday will not be dispatched until Monday.

Delivery & Risk

The delivery charges are worked out during the order process for you.

The Couriers will attempt to deliver your parcel and will request a signature.

If for any reason the courier cannot attain a signature at the requested delivery address they can leave your parcel safe with a neighbour or in a safe place. A card will be placed through the requested delivery address stating the destination of your parcel.
